The Role

Reporting into a Senior Account Director for the South you will join as the Account Director for a new national TFM private sector contract based in London/South East which they have won for the next 5 years. Their client is a well known business in the financial services sector and therefore have high end corporate offices across the UK alongside critical infrastructure/datacentres that you will be responsible for. You will work very closely with the client to build and maintain a strong relationship with a key focus on delivering organic growth over the course of the contract. You must be able to commute to London as necessary as this is where their head office is. There is a large team to manage on a daily basis delivering a diverse range of hard and soft services into the clients property portfolio.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a strong TFM background. You will ideally have worked with large corporate TFM clients previously ideally with exposure to the financial services sector and have excellent relationship building skills. There is a slight bias towards hard services and so the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of engineering .This is a senior operational role managing a multi million pound contract and therefore the individual will have to have the experience and ability to manage large operational teams and interact with stakeholders at a senior level. Strong commercial and interpersonal skills are essential to help aid the growth of this contract organically.
