The University is seeking to make the key appointment to the role of Space Manager within the Estates and Development Directorate. The Space Manager will lead and develop the University’s approach to space planning, allocation and management in support of its strategic plan and mission. Key aspects of the role include space strategic and policy development, strategic planning of future space needs, space data management and reporting, and leadership of the introduction of new smart working practices.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience of space and workplace management across a large-scale property portfolio. You will have experience of operational activities including obtaining and reporting on space data and planning and overseeing decant and moves programmes as well experience of space management strategy development.
We are seeking a detail focused individual with strong analytical skills and the interpersonal and communication skills to work successfully with a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
