They are currently looking to recruit a Soft Services Facilities Manager to head an incredibly prestigious site in Barrow In Furness

The role will involve day to day Soft Services Facilities Management, this will involve the management of both cleaning, security, customer services and waste management.

You will be supported by Cleaning Managers / Supervisors, Security Cleaners and Managers, Customer Services and Waste teams. 

You will be involved in Roster Planning in Conjunction with the Resource Manager, Performance, attendance and development management of the site personnel, management and control of ISO conformity, site audits, inspections and daily team and staff talks and briefings, regular reporting back to the head office, dealing with day to issues and emergencies etc 

You will come from a Facilities Management background and will have a strong bias toward and knowledge of Soft Services. You will ideally have a SIA Licence, COSHH / IOSH and related first aid qualifications.
