My client is a market leading facilities management and support services company with an enviable reputation within the sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Operations Director.
Within the role you will have responsibility leading and developing the operational team to deliver all contractual requirements encouraging ideas and innovation to improve service delivery. You will develop long lasting client relations ensuring client development and retention while identifying opportunities for organic growth and new business. You will also provide strategic leadership across the contracts driving improved performance on both service delivery and contract profitability.
To succeed in this role will have considerable experience in a senior leadership role within the FM or Outsourced Services sector. You will possess excellent relationship management experience and strong people management and development skills.
