FM Procurement Consultant

You will develop and deliver to clients leading edge facilities and property management advise and solutions including in particular procurement
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Responsible for developing and delivering to clients a complete facilities procurement strategy including the development of documentation and management of the procurement process
- Responsible for developing and delivering leading edge solutions to clients in relation to their facilities and property management organisation including the creation of target operating models and standard operating plans, best in class gap analysis, performance management reviews and bottom line improvements
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals
- Networking to create new opportunities
