Our client, a property management firm, is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager, to manage hard and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of mixed use properties throughout London and Southern England.. The role will include both day to day facilities management services and projects ensuring customer satisfaction as well as business continuity.
Candidates will need to hit the ground running, be able to deal with lots of reactive works and be strong on personnel and contract management. As this is a customer facing role you must have strong communication and relationship building skills. Previous multi-site FM experience, a H&S qualification and a driving licence are essential.
Post holder to be based within appointed regional location and must be prepared to travel frequently to regional sites and additional location(s) as the portfolio grows.
A salary of £40-45k plus car allowance is offered with 25 days holiday. Minimal benefits package but great opportunity to develop your FM career with an expanding firm.
