Facilities Manager - Bristol & Somerset
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable managing agent for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team in Bristol. They are seeking a talented individual to manage multiple sites across Bristol, Somerset and part of Wiltshire, with the properties comprising of commercial, retail and industrial units.
Whilst working from the Managing Agent's perspective, you will be managing both the hard and soft services to properties that contain multiple tenants.
You will have the benefits of working from the Bristol office with your team where you can collaborate with them, but also have the flexibility to travel around your sites accordingly.
We're seeking an individual who will manage the services to the properties to a five star standard, whilst also managing the subsequent health and safety compliance.
You will ideally have a minimum of an IOSH qualification and have proven experience in managing health and safety previously, ideally via an industry health and safety platform.
Customer service skills are critical as you will be liaising with the various tenants on a regular basis, ensuring they are totally satisfied with the service delivery that you will be managing.
