Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS) is a newly formed, exciting and ambitious organisation.  We are looking to recruit a number of key positions within the organisation that will play an integral role in the delivery of bespoke estates and facilities solutions to our clients.

Quality Trusted Solutions is looking for someone to help us manage and grow our capital projects team.  The Senior Project Manager will manage the Project Management Department and the design and delivery of capital projects, mainly consisting of refurbishment projects, often in occupied estate.


The successful candidate must have good knowledge and experience of working with key stakeholders and contractors as they will be working with existing clients and taking on new partners.  The Senior Project Manager managing complicated capital schemes, IT systems, the development and delivery of annual capital plans, carrying out feasibility studies and directly managing internal and external staff.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain confidence through knowledge and competence

  • Both Programme and Project Management experience of construction schemes from the outset through to completion

  • 2 years of Management experience, able to demonstrate a track record, of effective leadership in a similar and relevant field. Proven track record of delivering capital projects of different values to programme and on budget.

  • Membership of recognised professional body or working towards a membership.

  • Educated to degree standard or able to demonstrate sufficient appropriate experience.

  • Advanced IT and systems skills, including AutoCAD
