Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS) is a newly formed, exciting and ambitious organisation.  We are looking to recruit a number of key positions within the organisation that will play an integral role in the delivery of bespoke estates and facilities solutions to our clients.

Quality Trusted Solutions is looking for someone to help us manage and grow our Estates team.  The Business and Capital Project Manager will be responsible for developing business cases and contract reports, managing SLAs and working with existing clients and new partners.  You will also be responsible for delivering capital projects and minor works schemes, space assessment and design, database and information management and to support the Associate Director with building acquisitions and disposals.

 

You will also be managing and maintaining of the MIS asset register and MiCAD property database to feed into the Trust’s Estates Strategy, ERIC and other DH returns.        

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain confidence through knowledge and competence. Providing leadership and direction and performance management for the QTS Team.

  • Both Programme and Project Management experience of construction schemes from the outset through to completion

  • Understand and manipulate computerised systems such as MiCAD and MIS.

  • Performance management & monitoring of contracts & SLAs.

  • 3 years of Management experience, able to demonstrate a track record, of effective leadership in a similar and relevant field.

  • Membership of recognised professional body or working towards a membership.

  • Advanced IT and systems skills, including AutoCAD

  • Excellent written communication skills.
