Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS) is a newly formed, exciting and ambitious organisation. We are looking to recruit a number of key positions within the organisation that will play an integral role in the delivery of bespoke estates and facilities solutions to our clients.
QTS recognise that we need to attract and retain the best talent to deliver our services to the highest levels possible and we have a number of opportunities to join the team within the first 12 months of organisations existence.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, we are able to work outside of the traditional NHS parameters to make us more commercially competitive, providing bespoke solutions to clients, with all profits invested back into the NHS.
The Associate Director will be the professional lead for the provision of comprehensive and customer-focussed Estates and Facilities FM services. The role will ensure effective management of the services delivered by QTS with particular focus and support given to hard and soft FM and logistics contracts and in-house provisions, paying close attention to customer satisfaction and ensuring internal and external contract KPIs are strictly adhered to.
The Associate Director is responsible for:
The development and delivery of estates and facilities services across QTS.
Preparation of strategic documents including business cases and papers to various boards/committees, both internal and external
Ensuring that the QTS meets its legal obligations in relation to statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain confidence through knowledge and competence. Providing leadership and direction and performance management for the QTS Team.
To actively contribute to the Company’s delivery of the key strategic priorities and the objectives outlined in the Annual/Business Plan(s).
Extensive demonstrable operational management experience in estates, facilities or project management in a large, multi-site organisation
Extensive demonstrable experience of strategy development
Significant experience in Capital Projects and Asset Management
Significant experience at Board/Senior managerial level with the NHS or a healthcare related organisation
