My client is a global leader in Property & Facilities Management. They work with a multitude of organisations on a local, national and global level, providing them with a market leading service. My client operates across a wide variety of functions including Real Estate Management, Hard FM, Soft FM, Project Management and Asset Management Services.
They are currently looking to recruit an FM Account Manager to join the team on a flagship account based in West London. The role will be to oversee the delivery of Hard FM services on a flagship account with high public foot flow. The role will lead the engineering function across the large estate and be the direct liaison with the client. The estate regularly holds events and will at times require the chosen individual to work late shifts. You will be responsible for providing leadership, and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded. You will ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender. Ensuring optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
The role will require an experienced FM Account Manager with ideally a strong engineering background in public facing FM environments. You will have strong commercial acumen and experience of managing a P&L of at least £2m. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to deal with all levels of staff and have the ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
