Facilities Manager / Crewe / £40,000

Boden Resource are recruiting for a Facilities Manager with a Hard Services background to work on a site based in Crewe for a leading global Facilities Management provider. Your role will be to oversee the delivery of all hard and soft services on site, working across a well-established industrial contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the quality and compliance of all services delivered, both hard and soft, across the site with a direct team of maintenance, cleaning, catering and grounds staff.
  • Controlling and monitoring financial performance including budget management and P&L.
  • Acting as sole point of contact for the site level client and establishing strong working relationships.
  • Ensuring a safe, compliant working environment and meeting all Health & Safety standards on site.

This role requires an individual with a technical/hard services background, experienced in delivering both hard and soft services. Due to the nature of the services delivered, a qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum. The role involves a high level of financial management, so you will need to have handled budgets and P&L previously.
