An investment management company, my client are in the final stages of planning an office move, consolidating their existing office portfolio. An opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join the current team and support the move is available.
Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing my clients office move into a new office. A key role within the organisation you will support the existing facilities team, ensuring the move is as smooth as possible. Alongside the moves project, you will have responsibility for the day to day facilities operations ensuring minimal disruption.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have an extensive corporate facilities background with prior experience of office moves (circa 200 people plus). Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management and H&S knowledge is a must.
What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus company benefits.
