Our client is a thriving and successful medium sized FM Service Provider with contracts across the UK. Due to on-going contract awards, it is looking to hire a Compliance Manager to work across the entire business.
The Compliance Manager will report into the Head of Compliance and work to provide internal H&S support for the business (Hard and Soft Services) and complete ISO internal and compliance audits. This will include, but not be limited to assisting the delivery of and auditing the company and Service User policies in line with ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations. Ensure that all service deliverables are fully compliant with statutory and contractual requirements, meeting expectations and returning value to all stakeholders.
This is a national role with the main HQ being in Yorkshire. The successful Compliance Manager must be happy to travel and spend time away from home if necessary. As a Compliance Manager, you must also hold a NEBSOH Diploma, minimum of 10 years’ experience within compliance and H&S and have strong communication skills. Internal relation management is equally as important as being able to develop client relationships.
