Our client is a leading FM service provider. They are looking to recruit a helpdesk co-ordinator to work on one of their premier contracts in central London. You will be based in the West End.
You will ideally have experience of working in the facilities management sector, have good IT skills and have an excellent phone manner.
Their client is an innovative workspace provider who are expanding their brand and portfolio. All are modern shared office spaces that house a range of tenants, from start-up companies to large established businesses. Each building has its own unique feel depending on its location and are thriving and fun places to work.
Duties will include, but are not limited to co-ordinating labour schedules for a team of engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated to engineers, authorising engineer holiday/ holiday cover and overtime requests, identify schedule/ workload priorities, general administrative tasks, paperwork, client relations
Monday – Friday, 8-5
Salary £24000- £26000
