Our client is an established FM service provider. They are seeking a facilities officer to join their team, where you will be based at a student accommodation site in south-west London.

Duties will include, covering reception, letter writing, building inspections, using CAFM systems (planet) and intranet systems, handling student queries, providing student support, helpdesk responsibilities, answering phones, ensuring engineering schedules are achieved, promote health and safety procedures, general paperwork.

·       Salary - £23,000

·       Hours – 10:30am – 7:00pm

·       Overtime potential
