Strategic Property Project Manager to lead and deliver a property transformation programme to ensure this organisation's office portfolio is fit for purpose for years to come!
A well known and highly regarded corporate organisation with a operational office portfolio spanning the UK. This organisation are undergoing an exciting period of change and transformation, with property and workplace strategy a huge focus.
Reporting to the Director of Property, the Strategic Property Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to develop a strategy for their UK office portfolio and to deliver all major property projects across the estate.
Projects could include new builds, major refurbishments, relocations and major plant replacements and the Strategic Property Property Manager and their team will be involved in all stages from planning and design, budgetting cost and contract management through to delivery ensuring health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
Relevant candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in devising and implementing office accommodation and workplace, and the delivery of related major projects across a corporate office estate.
They will be educated to degree level and have strong project management experience in a corporate property or facilities management environment.
Candidate will ideally be based in the East or West Midlands with the ability to travel as the role requires.
