Estates/ Maintenance Manager
Our client a private provider of student accommodation across the country are currently looking for an Estates Manager to oversee their portfolio of properties in Portsmouth (80%) and Bournmouth (20%)
Managing and leading a team of approx 12 multi skilled operatives and supervisor providing planned and reactive maintenance ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. Responsible for the development and management of your area budgets whilst always ensuring safe, compliant and efficient buildings.
This is a new role created to enhance client relationships and service delivery. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are therefore required in addition to technical.
The ideal candidate will extensive experience in Hard Services Facilities Management or Estates Management role with the ability to lead, manage, support, develop and inspire a multi-site team. You will have an in-depth knowledge of statutory building compliance regulations and legislation as well as Health & Safety.
After 12 months the role has excellent potential to develop and take on other properties within the region (e.g. Reading, Swindon).
In return our client is looking to offer a salary around £45,000 plus 10% car allowance, good bonus potential, excellent pension within a generous benefits package.
