Interim Facilties Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager. Our client is a world leading betting technology and trading company, with its HQ in South London. It is looking for an Interim Facilities Manager to join them for circa 3 months in order to restructure its FM infrastructure.
As the Interim Facilities Manager, will be responsible for the company’s FM department and getting it back on track. Due to unfortunate circumstances a period has passed where the FM delivery, systems, procedures, H&S, compliance, cleaning and other soft services have been neglected. Our client has four sites, two in the UK and two internationally.
It will be the job of the Interim FM to come in, understand the business, learn what is in place, take control over suppliers, streamline where necessary, refine the current systems and procedures before assisting with employing someone and handing it over to them.
This will be a challenging yet satisfying role for the successful Facilities Manager.
