Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 10 multi-skilled engineers to deliver maintenance & project works across a multi-site corporate estates.
Client Details
A leading provider of Facilities Management services, working on one of their high profile accounts.
Description
The Regional Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and cost effective planned and reactive maintenance services, and minor works projects for a multi-site corporate estate.
They will manage a team of multi-skilled engineers based across the sites, and will be supported by an efficient Helpdesk and work allocation system to ensure effective delivery against contractual obligations.
Profile
A strong technical background (Electrical or Building Services), a proven track record in managing engineers to deliver effective results, and the ability to communicate well with senior customers building excellent working relationships.
Candidates will be based in the Bristol or South Wales areas, and be able to travel as required.
