Hard Services Team Leader wanted for multi site role in the North West. Salary of up to £32k.

You will be working for a large retail company.

Your new role
You're main purpose will be will be to ensure that all electrical services are available 100% of the time and able to carry out all PPM's as well and reactive repairs to the buildings. You will also look after the following
-Be responsible for the on site Facilities team
-Ensuring that All Health & Safety requirements are adhered to Legislation and Company Policies-Respond to breakdowns in a safe and timely manner-Manage contractors and permits
-Communicate effectively with production with regard to breakdowns and repairs
-Work within the Facilities team on improvements and projects
-The applicant may be required to undertake work at other sites within the group
-Minor building repairs-Required to be multi skilled, flexible and able to work overtime if required

What you'll need to succeed
For this role it is essential that you are 17th Edition IEE regulations trained. You will also be required to be qualified to City and Guilds level 3 and 2391 or 2394/5 Inspection and testing is desirable. You will also be required to be IOSH qualified as a minimum. You will need to offer a high ability of flexibility and be able to work on your own as well as be a team player. You need to be computer literate , and be able to demonstrate good fault finding on electrical installations and equipment. You will also be required to carry out basic facilities/engineering tasks.
