Facilities Manager - Manchester
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a client side organisation in Manchester for a talented Facilities Manager for a 12 Month FTC. Working within the public sector for a dynamic organisation, you will be managing the FM service delivery to multiple sites (around 7) ensuring that quality services are being delivered and efficiencies across the portfolio are being utilised. You will be liaising regularly with multiple tenants across your portfolio and be the conduit for them with any facilities issues they may be having. Whilst overseeing the facilities management services, you will also be managing the subsequent H&S to the portfolio ensuring that your tenants and contractors are safe in their day to day work.
For this position, you will ideally have experience within the public sector working across multiple sites in a facilities management position. You will also be an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
