Facilities Project Manager
Our client based in Wiltshire have instructed us to recruit a Facilities Manager to join their business on an interim basis with a view to going permanent in early 2019.
Our client is a technology business based in Wiltshire.
The initial element of this role will be a strategic facilities project that will involve the rationalisation of our clients property. This will include the refurbishment of several buildings.
You will be required to project manage the relocation of staff during this refurbishment process which will involve the movement of IT infrastructure and a significant number of work stations.
At the end of this project there will be an opportunity to go permanent in the position and to be a Facilities Manager with a responsibility of looking after all FM related matters across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate for this role would be an immediately available Facilities Manager who would be able to commence an interim position imminently with a view to going permanent in the early part of 2019.
It would be advantageous to be able to demonstrate a broad array of facilities management experience from within a client side environment.
The role is based in Wiltshire so you will live in or around the Wiltshire region.
