Main requirements for the role includes a strong background in managing both internal and external services as well as a sound technical understanding of various BMS.

Client side experience is essential, in particular with involvement in managing performance of contracts and external contractors.

My client is a prominent heritage site in London looking to take on an experienced Technical Services Manager to monitor the external contractors across a variety of services.


Your remit will include a number of critical services monitored across 4 sites within London and across the South East of England.

*Covering both hard and soft services with a particular focus on Hard services


Technical Services Manager - Large Heritage attraction: London

*Contract performance management

*communication level should be high level as well as operational

*Have managed contractors from both client side and as a service provider, coming from either a TFM or large Hard Services provider

*must be able to challenge the technical contractors, checking any maintenance works implemented

*must show a resilient or robust approach to tough situations

*Ideally candidates will come from an Engineering degree background or have an equivalent M&E qualification

*Excellent problem solving skills

*Experience working within a heritage or listed building environment
