Divisional Managing Director
Reporting into an MD managing a £250m business unit you will be responsible for three market sectors worth £50m T/O. These are Commercial, Professional Services and Public Sector. The FM services delivered to these clients are largely soft service led. The role is predominantly based in London and the main remit will be to work closely with the Business Development team to help grow each of these market sectors whilst overseeing the day to day commercial and operational running of the business unit.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience of managing FM contracts with either Public or Private Sector clients and be able to commute to London most of the working week. A soft FM or TFM background is considered. This is a leadership role managing the growth of the business unit with an aim of doubling it's size in the next few years. With this in mind you will have to be able to demonstrate a strong commercial and operational understanding of running a similar size business and also have a proven track record of growing a business organically and through new business. If you have worked with the Public Sector recently then a thorough understanding of the CCS Framework would be advantageous.

They are an acquisitive and growing business and have ambitious plans for growth in the UK.
