Our Client:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a UK  corporate head office of a blue chip business for a leading FM provider. Based in  Middlesex / Herts / Bucks borders, the role will include;

Role details:

  • Manage TFM services for the site including m+e, front of house and other soft services
  • Team leadership, development and recruitment
  • Oversee all HSEQ matters for the site
  • Managing the CAFM and BMS systems
  • Budget/cost management including production of reports
  • Monitor all SLA’s for the site
  • Assisting with FM projects where necessary
  • Developing the client relationship

Requirements:

You will have a background in management of TFM services within a private sector/ corporate environment and FM service provider experience would be preferable. Good team management and budget control experience are also important for the role as is knowledge of CAFM/BMS systems.
