Facilities/Property Manager - Exeter Based

It just so happens that I'm searching for a talented Property/Facilities Manager to be based in Exeter and work across the South West. Working across multiple sites, comprising of industrial, commercial and retail space, you will be managing the service charges, the FM contractor management and the health & safety to the properties.
This is a brand new position due to expansion and there are existing management instructions waiting for the right individual to take them on.
