Salary: £31,770 p.a.
We are seeking someone to work in the Faculty Services team in the Business School, to coordinating and deliver effective and efficient facilities management, estates and ICT/AV support for all Business School staff and students.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the review and development of processes to support and deliver high levels of customer service; using excellent information management and communication skills.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have significant relevant facilities and services experience. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate with staff, students and visitors.
