Assistant Facilities Manager
Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading property solutions firm in their search for an Assistant Facilities Manager.
This role will be based in West London on a prestigious estate, with a mix of commercial and industrial properties. We are looking for an experienced Facilities professional to assist the FM with day to day operational management of the site. You will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for the tenants, managing contractors on site, ensuring H&S compliance and providing administration support. The successful candidate will have a strong administration background with a passion for providing excellent customer service. You must have an understanding of service charge budget management with a sound knowledge of soft services FM. A proven background in FM contractor management is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills with a confident and client facing character.
