A firm of property managers and consultants are recruiting an inhouse Facilities Manager to manage FM at their 4 corporate offices in Hampstead, the West End and Surrey.
Based in West Hampstead, NW6, across the portfolio responsibilities include direct management of an inhouse team consisting of a facilities co-ordinator, facilities assistant and 5 receptionists across the portfolio. The post holder will also manage all fm related contracts, H&S and FM project works (moves, refurbishments etc).
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can bring new ideas, structure and FM best practice and innovation to the role.
Applications are welcomed from candidates with 3 years + in-house FM experience. A recognised H&S qualification is essential, BIFM qualifications and/ or membership advantageous. Commutable access (max 1 hour) to West Hampstead is essential.
A salary of £45k-£50k is offered with contributory pension scheme and performance related bonus.
