Regional Facilities Manager
I am currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager for a client based in the Isle of Sheppey area. This is a temp to perm position and the client is looking to speak with experienced candidates who are immediately available.
Day to day duties
- Overseeing the day to day operations across various high profile sites
- Managing the sites managers and being the go to person for any help required
- Managing the compliance across the sties
- Managing the SLA’s with the client
What the client seeks
- Someone ideally coming from a hard FM Background (soft FM is still acceptable)
- Possessing relevant qualifications – i.e. City & Guilds M&E
- Great communication skills
- Handled operational level experience previously
