A fantastic new opportunity has risen within one of the UK’s leading Home Delivery companies. It has a new opportunity for a National Facilities Manager to head-up its FM delivery.

As the National Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for running, reviewing, setting up, streamlining, negotiating and ensuring the best value for money and increased efficiency of the company’s hard and soft services.

The successful Facilities Manager will work across 4 large sites across the UK. These are based in the North West, West Midlands and North London. The sites (depots) are made up of large warehouses and commercial office space. Currently, our client outsources its FM to multiple local sub-contractors and it will be the Facilities Manager’s role to improve this in order to save money and increase efficiency of their delivery.

In addition, the National Facilities Manager will help drive the company’s recycling policy. This will be the FM’s project so experience in this area is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, be a strategic thinker as well as a strong operator. Our client is looking for a someone who can hit the ground running and make this role their own. You will be given full autonomy.

Our client is offering an attractive remuneration:

  • £50,000 - £55,000
