Homes England is going through a rapid programme of growth to meet the government’s aspiration to build over 300,000 homes a year by the mid 2020’s. This means transforming and expanding our operational offices in which we work to accommodate this growth and provide a workplace which is modern and well equipped to support an ever an increasing agile and mobile workforce.
Working closely with the Head of Facilities and Health and Safety you will lead a team of facilities professionals to provide an efficient and effective operational estate which reflects our organisational culture and new ways of working. You will also play key role in the delivery of our accommodation strategy and develop strong working relationships with the Government Property Agency (GPA), Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and the MoJ shared estate service.
