We are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join this organisation. This is a varied role in a friendly team, and are looking to add to their professional team where you would be responsible for managing the head office reception and assist with the facilities team

Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients and visitors at reception

Ensure all guests are received in a professional manner

Assist with the co-ordination of contracts for the Office Management

Keep office facilities supplier list up to date

Ensure Health & Safety documentation is up to date and organise H&S training

Liaise with contractors and schedule in routine maintenance visits

Communicate with building engineers on service request

Maintaining conference rooms including setting up and clean up after meetings and events

Ad-hoc administration as required

Keep filing up to date

Monitor inbox and responding to service calls

Identify cleaning deficiencies in overall facility

Ensure that the office supplies are always stocked
