Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of Facilities across the London office portfolio, overseeing contractors, monitoring budgets, space planning and maintain a 5 star customer service delivery at all times. You will report directly to the Head of Facilities and assist them with the delivery and management to support all staff and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Facilities Management professional with a corporate or financial services background, IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and BIFM. You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits package.
