A world renown insurance group, my client have an enviable reputation within their sector. Moving into a newly refurbished building in central London, my client have made a strategic decision to relocate all London employees into one location, c.1000 plus staff.
Your new role
A newly created position within the team, the Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for several key functions within the organisation including, Floor services, facilities and records management. A busy role, you will manage key contracts for their London office including budget management and procurement of new contracts. Other duties will include; leading the in-house team, ensuring a culture of transparency and support of team members.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior corporate services management experience, ideally from a "blue chip" organisation. Excellent people management, attention to detail and a customer centric approach are critical to the success of the role.
What you'll get in return
