An established and respected facilities provider, my clients business is driven by their core belief in innovation and customer orientated service delivery. Due to recent contract wins, they are now recruiting for a variety of senior facilities management positions. As my client continues to grow organically, they want to invest in career minded professionals, motivated and passionate about delivering first class facilities services.
Your new role
Reporting into the Regional Account Director, you will have responsibility for overseeing a corporate TFM contract within London, predominately around the City area. An all-encompassing management role, you will be responsible for all facets including, P/L, stakeholder management & engagement, direct team management and growing revenue streams within the contract.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior Account Management experience, preferably overseeing a corporate contract. Prior experience of delivering TFM services is a must, my client would consider candidates from either a TFM or soft services background. A natural passion for FM service delivery, innovative and can-do attitude are a minimum requirement.
What you'll get in return
Depending on experience my client is offering a salary between £50,000 - £65,000 plus company benefits.
