An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager to join a business during the mobilisation stage of a contract and then to oversee the contract post mobilisation.
Our client is a service provider who are contracted to provide a 5 star TFM service to a high profile client in Cardiff.
Upon starting this role you will work closely with a mobilisation team to help mobilise the FM services which will involve recruiting a team who will then report into you.
The mobilisation aspect of this role will take place over several months before the site goes live at which point you will then oversee the provision of both hard and soft services into this high profile client site in Cardiff. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all statutory compliance is adhered to across the site.
Your direct reports will consist of a Front of House Manager, Cleaning Manager, Technical Services Manager and a small team of Coordinators.
To be considered for this Facilities Manager position applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience of the delivery of TFM services
- Mobilisation experience
- Strong customer facing experience
- Ideally have worked within a corporate based environment
As the role is based in Cardiff it is expected that you will live in or around this region.
