A flexible Site Operations Manager to join one of the largest FM providers in the UK, based in Swanwick.

Your new role

As Site Operations Manager, you will report to the Account Director for a key client within the aviation industry, based in Swanwick (Southampton).

Key purpose of the role:

The position will involve day-to-day management of a team of site-based staff & sub-contractors, liaison with the client on both operational, financial and commercial issues. Profit and loss is owned at this level and the core objective is to support the account on a day-day basis, ensuring KPI's are met and SLA achieved.

Although this role is primarily based in Swanwick, you may be required to travel on occasions so a Full UK Driving Licence is required. Working hours (40): Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate with have a minimum 5 years' experience of a leadership role within a Total FM account, with sound management and interpersonal skills to effectively provide leadership to the organisation and subordinates staff. You must be pro-active in the resolution of operational/technical problems and disputes as they may arise from time to time (with clients and staff).

Strong communication and IT skills are also essential to the role.
