Our Client:

This is an excellent high profile opportunity to manage a portfolio of 8 regional office sites for a prestigious blue chip client on a regional basis.  Main duties include;

Role details:

  • TFM service delivery across the sites
  • Manage all HSE matters including training and auditing
  • Oversee all KPI’s for the region
  • Lead FM team across the South
  • All budget management including regular reporting for the area
  • Maintain key site contacts for each sites including conducting regular meetings
  • Undertake additional project works where required
  • Ensure business continuity for the sites

Requirements:

Previous experience of managing multiple site portfolios is essential as is knowledge of leading a remote team. Strong HSE experience including IOSH/NEOSH is important for the role as is the ability to travel across the South of England.
