Our Client:

Central London opportunity to oversee TFM services for a prestigious corporate site for a worldwide name.


Role details:

  • Leading hard and soft services for a prestigious office site with some critical elements
  • Coordinating all QSHE activities for the site
  • Sub-contractor management
  • Undertaking regular financial reporting for the site
  • Day to day management of the on-site team including coaching and development
  • Carrying out regular site audits
  • Delivery of a variety of FM projects
  • Moves management for the site


Previous experience of leading hard and soft services for a high profile corporate site is essential for the role as is knowledge of leading an on-site team. Strong HSE knowledge is also important as is experience of managing sub-contractors.
