A position has arisen for an Assistant Building Services Engineering Manager within Rugby School Estates Department. This is a new and exciting role with many diverse aspects across Electrical and Mechanical Building Services, BMS Controls and Energy Management.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Building Services Engineering Manager who has responsibility for the complete services infrastructure across the school (excluding data).

We are keen to hear from those with experience in a similar role within a busy in-house Estates Department or as a service provider to commercial clients. Experience in a facilities Management role could also be a suitable background.

Ideally, you will have an Electrical or Plumbing/Mechanical technical background and have progressed to a supervisory role within a similar service related position. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within a unique and forward thinking organisation.

Rugby School Estates Department is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of day-to-day maintenance in a busy Boarding School environment, as well as project management for all refurbishment and building projects across the school’s extensive estate.
