An established international law firm, working for a variety of high profile clients. A new and exciting position has been created within the organisation offering an opportunity for a talented and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the transition into a new custom purpose-built building.
Your new role
You will report into the Global Head of FM, helping oversee the day to day facilities operations including health & safety, Security, line manager responsibilities and development of the facilities team. This newly created role is strategically important for the business as you will be assisting with the integration into their new office space including a change to open plan and agile working.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have corporate experience ideally within the legal sector and have helped organisations with the transition to an agile working environment and a major office move. You will need to have a very strategic approach and strong leadership and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £70,000 plus company benefits.
