A highly successful and innovative organisation, my client work within the financial services sector offering a variety of wealth management services. An exciting opportunity, my client has created a new position within their organisation for a Workplace & Facilities professional to join the existing team.
Your new role
As the Workplace & Facilities Manager you will report into the Head of, taking ownership of the day to day facilities services, including overseeing a small in-house team and FM vendor partners. As my client continues to invest heavily within their Workplace, there will be the opportunity to get involved with a variety of Workplace projects across; H&S, MAC, and compliance whilst having responsibility for a yearly budget.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong natural passion and "can-do" attitude to Workplace and facilities management. Joining a motivated and proud team, you will need good attention to detail with prior complex stakeholder management experience. IOSH is a minimum requirement for the role. Candidates must have prior private sector experience, ideally within a "blue-chip" environment.
