We are pleased to be working with a global out sourcing business, our customer is responsible for innovative and market leading FM delivery models. They deliver high-end TFM services. Their customers are global brands which include Banks, Telecoms, Media, High End Manufacturing and Professional Services organisations.

Your new role

We are recruiting for a Cluster Director to manage a portfolio of buildings across the Northern England, duties include

• Account management

• Contract development and developing stakeholder relationships
• Management of budgets and P&L
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Maximising account and contract potential through client development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant contractual agreements
• Leadership, guidance and management of the management team

What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to demonstrate an innovative and modern working capability and have delivered FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can communicate and present at a senior level. You must be commercially astute and be used to managing a P&L. A background in security and soft FM would be highly advantageous.
