PPM Planner / Scheduler

Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the public sector markets. Due to continued growth and contract awards, it is looking to expand its Asset Support team and hire a PPM Planner / Schedular.

As the PPM Planner, you will work across all contracts the FM Service Provider deliver and ensure the maintenance regimes are designed and implemented on to the Maximo CAFM system. This is a head office-based role with regular site visits to new and existing contracts.

Applicants must have working knowledge of Building Services and typical plant that includes: AHU, Boilers, FCU and HVAC etc. The PPM Planner must understand what these are and what they do. You will ideally also have experience of operating in the Healthcare environment.

This is an analytical role and our client needs someone who can manipulate data using Excel. This new position will suit someone who has an engineering background, has worked on the tools and has some supervisory experience.
