Aster Group is looking to recruit a Corporate Real Estate & Technical Facilities Manager to support fifteen corporate sites across the south west.

This is an exciting time for us as we are two years into delivering the Corporate Building Plan which has seen us consolidate space in use and create great places to work for our colleagues and we already have some great projects lined up for 2019-20.

The Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management Team are a small, yet highly performing team of twelve evidencing 100% adherence to compliance standards across the corporate portfolio, providing healthy, safe and innovative spaces for our colleagues to work in and delivering refurbishment, acquisition and disposal projects across the regions.

We are looking for someone to complement our team who has a technical background in engineering, who has a wealth of experience from working in the Facilities Management Profession, who holds a formal qualification in Health and Safety and who can evidence continued personal de

The base location is flexible, you will need to hold a full, clean driving license and have the means to travel to all locations.
