Director of Property & Operations

Our client was established in the mid 90's providing quality, affordable homes to rent and buy across the South East of England. They are rooted in the local community and offer a wide range of housing services and housing options, including affordable homes to rent, properties to buy under shared ownership; market rent properties, and specialist accommodation for older people and people who need care and support to live within the community.

The business is working hard to maximise the number of new homes they build, refurbishing their existing estates and striving to innovate to achieve satisfied customers. They're are going through an exciting period of growth and have instructed us exclusively to search for an Executive Director to lead the property & operations directorate, helping to expand and take the business forward through new investment opportunities.

The Role

This is an extremely important executive position, responsible for driving new business and regeneration, the strategic asset management function and developing an exciting vision for the future.

The Property Services & Operations department is well organised and led by highly skilled Heads of Service, who connect all the property and housing services and ensure a co-ordinated and seamless approach.

The Person

This role would suit an experienced commercially focused Director who is an expert in strategic asset management and regeneration projects with a technical bias.

To be successful, you will be technically qualified with exposure to both commercial and not for profit housing sectors would be beneficial.
