Senior Facilities Coordinator

A global, multi-service provider are adding a Senior Facilities Coordinator for a key client in Portsmouth.

My client are a global, multi-service provider who boast a vast portfolio of valued clients across a number of different business sectors.

Your new role

Reporting to the Southern Cluster Manager and a client lead, you will be based solely at their Portsmouth site. This is a manufacturing facility who produce sensors that identify poisonous gases, with just over 300 staff employed at this location.

Purpose of the role:
As Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management (FM) services to the client.

Working hours: 40 / week, Monday-Friday. These hours must be worked between 7.30am-5.30pm, but there is flexibility around the start/finish time. This role is predominantly based at a single site, but you must have a Full UK Driving Licence for occasional travel if required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be an excellent communicator, commercially aware and have experience in a similar FM environment, with an engineering/technical qualification and knowledge of managing technical service delivery.

You will need either a mechanical or electrical background in manufacturing or production, ideally with a past trade to demonstrate practical experience.

You will receive a market-led salary between £25,000-£35,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH's, pension and mileage claimed as required.
