Your new role
As Commercial Manager you will oversee a major outsourced FM & Maintenance contract spanning sites across the UK. As the contracts Commercial lead, you will be responsible for managing all post-contract activities including, contract negotiation, variations/change controls, identifying & managing risk and sub-contractor management. Reporting into the Divisional Commercial Director, this role requires an individual that is process driven with a keen eye for detail.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior experience of working a top tier support services organisation overseeing a national outsourced FM and maintenance contract.

What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of c.£65,000 - £75,000 plus package.
